As you may recall, Dr. Sucralose came on the market a few years after the Protocol was written, however. I use the Italian and the Ranch one. I do measure it as 2 tsp so I don't over do it.
I get massive migraines taking anything made from Splenda. I forgot that when I was baking yesterday and used the Chocolate syrup. Oh boy, after I ate, I started seeing spots and then bam migraine.. Each time I used it once and threw it away. I didn't particularly like the taste at all either.
